| Description | The purpose of this course is to provide participants with the necessary skills and practical knowledge to conduct fire team operations within the Resources and Infrastructure Industries. This unit is appropriate for those working in operational roles. |

| Duration | The course will be conducted over 2 days. |

| Entry Requirements | It is recommended that participants hold the following unit of competency: |

| Qualification Requirements | Each successful participant will be issued a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment for: |

| Assessment Requirements | The course will be based on theoretical sessions, equipment demonstrations, practical exercises and written assessments. |
||
| Delivery Mode | Face to face and practical hands-on training conducted by an experienced Emergency Services instructor with strong knowledge of relevant Legislation and Australian Standards. |
||
| Materials or Equipment Required | Students must wear long pants, long sleeve shirts and steel cap boots. |
||
| Notes | If you are a new or continuing student undertaking nationally recognised training, you need a USI in order to receive your qualification or statement of attainment for this unit. |
